The customer understands and agrees that Schenatti srl, pursuant to article 13 of Law no. 45 of 26 February 2004, with the amendments of article 3 of Decree 24/02.2003, no.354, may process personal data in order to perform requested services. In addition, the customer is aware that he has right to be informed that his personal data is stored and processed, to be informed of the purposes of processing and use of the data and to obtain confirmation of the data concerning him, its deletion, transfer or blocking of data processed unlawfully, the updating and amendment of and additions to the data, to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons or if the processing is carried out for the purpose of trading, or for sending advertising materials, or for sales. Personal data is processed within the scope of normal Schenatti srl activities strictly for purposes related to the management of customer relations. In connection with such purposes, data is processed by normal, electronic and online means for reasons strictly relating to the purposes intended, whilst ensuring security and confidentiality of the data, using secure measures to prevent access to the data by unauthorised persons. Schenatti Ltd. also undertakes not to communicate personal data to third parties for any reason. Personal information provided will be processed and stored for the time necessary for the service to be carried out. The provision of data is optional, but if refused it will be impossible to provide the service.
